What kind of sports do you like?

Let me see I think I like swimming sports best, including, water polo, swimming, diving and things like that.

2. Why do you like it?

Well I like it because I like playing in water and every time I am in water I feel comfortable and pleasant and it could release my pressure from study.

3. What benefit has sports brought to you?

  I think there are great deal of benefits in doing sports. It burns my additional fat and keeps me in good shape. It also offers me a good appetite and makes me competent for any working pressure.

4. Which do you prefer, watching sports or doing it by yourself?

I think that I prefer playing sport by myself than watching sport on TV. playing sport can build up your physical strength and maintain your health. It is an advantage only for those who play sports.

5. How often do you do sports and when do you usually do it?

I would have to say that it really depends on the situation. For example, if I have time I will go swimming every day ,you know this sport improves my health and gets me into shape. whereas if I don’t have much time, I try to do it at least once a week.

6. Do you like doing sports alone or together with others?

It depends. In ball games, more people create a great atmosphere of competition, but as for swimming or fishing, I would rather enjoy them by myself.

7. How well do you perform in sports?

Personally, I find myself very good at swimming. I can swim for a long time without getting tired. I even feel comfortable and relaxed.

1. What kind of sports do you like?

To tell you the truth, I’m a sports fanatic. If you ask me about my favourite kind of sports, I would say that it is ball games, including basketball, badminton, volleyball, table tennis or things like that.

2. Why do you like it?

Well, I simply like it because it refreshes my mind after a long day of hard work.

3. What benefit have sports brought to you?

I must admit that playing sports brings great deal of benefits for me. It burns my additional fat and keeps me in good shape. It also helps me lower the risk of modern diseases such as obesity and heart attack.

4. Which do you prefer, watching sports games or doing sports yourself?

I’m not sure I have a preference. If I had to choose one, it would be doing sports by myself because I need a healthy condition and good feelings by doing sports.

5. How often do you do sports and when you usually do it?

It depends. In summer, I play badminton and basketball regularly, but now I’m very busy with my studies, so I just have time to play sports at weekends.

6. Do you like doing sports alone or together with others?

Well, I often play ball games, you know. So I can’t do sports alone. In ball games, more people create a great atmostphere of competition. I often invite my friends to share the joy of doing sports.

7. How well do you perform in sports?

I’m not a skilled performer in any kind of sports. But I think it does not prevent me from enjoying the sports.
