The line chart compares the number of bushels of corn and wheat sold from 2012 to 2016.

In general, It can be seen that the amount of wheat gradually increases while that of corn sees a slight decrease in the last 2 years, and the sales of wheat are always higher than those of corn.

In 2012, about 1,250,000 bushels of wheat were sold. In the next 5 years, the figures for wheat continuously increased before reaching a peak at 2.400.000 in 2016.

Regarding Corn, it began at 1.000.000 in 2012. Then, it went up significantly to 1.500.000 which was a peak. At this point, the number of bushels of corn saw a slight decrease, standing at 1.450.000 and 1.400.00 in 2015 and 2016, respectively. 

In conclusion, the differences between Corn and wheat are gradually larger in the given period.

Thay Anh IELTS

The table compares the temperature of 5 big cities in the world (regarding the high and the low). 

In general, Rome has the highest temperature while Bogota and Sydney have the lowest temperature for the low and the high respectively  

Rome has the temperature of  89  for the high and 67 for the low, both of which are the highest among 5 cities. 

Next, Tokyo ranks second with 82  for the high and 66  for the low, compared to London which has temperature of  73 for the high and 60 for the low. 

After that, Bogota has the temperature of 62 which is in the fourth place for the high and the temperature for the low is 42,  being the lowest temperature. Finally, Sydney is in the last place for the high (60), and slightly  higher than Bogota for the low (45) 

In conclusion, the positions of all cities for the high are the same as for the low except Bogota and Sidney

Để tính điểm ielts, ta cộng điểm các thành phần rồi chia cho 4.

Ví dụ. Ta có điểm sau. Reading: 6.0. Listening: 7.0. Writing: 6.5. Speaking: 6.5. Vậy điểm trung bình overall là: (6.0+7.0+6.5+6.5):4=6.5. Bạn này đang ở band 6.5

Quy tắc làm tròn:

  • Điểm ielts chỉ có thể là số nguyên hoặc làm tròn số thập phân tận cùng là 5
  • Làm tròn theo quy tắc phần thập phân lớn hơn hoặc bằng 0,25 thì làm tròn lên, thấp hơn 0,25 thì làm tròn xuống

Ví dụ:

  • Điểm trung bình là 4.25 làm tròn thành 4.5
  • Điểm trung bình 5.125 làm tròn thành 5.0 (0,125 <0,25)
  • Điểm trung bình 6.25 làm tròn thành 6.5 nhưng 6.75 làm tròn thành 7.0

Spelling (chính tả).

Nếu soạn trên word có phần mềm soát lỗi chính tả, thì sau khi từ bị sai ( có dấu đỏ) cần đoán xem bị sai ở chữ cái nào rồi dùng chức năng auto repair.

Viết giấy cần có người check hộ cho mình.

Lỗi danh từ đếm đc /không đếm được 

It can be seen from the chart that amount number  of  Japanese people travelling abroad increased significantly each year apart from 1990.   ( số người là đếm được nên dùng number)

Lỗi mạo từ 

The given chart shows an illustration of the pregnancy percentages in 6 Middle Eastern nations over a 10 –year period from 1990 to 2000.  (thiếu a)

Lỗi so sánh 

In 1990, an Oman woman gave birth to nearly 7 babies. Meanwhile the fertility percentages in Bahrain and Kuwait was relatively similar, with respective figure as 2 times  lower lesser as  than Oman.  

-> 2 times lower than Oman

I think mostly women than men in educating kids.

-> I  think most Women are better at nurturing their children than men

Lỗi giới từ 

The line graph shows that 2%  of  Japanese tourists reached Australia in 1986 (Lỗi thiếu of)

7. Lỗi dùng đại từ (gây khó hiểu)

Dùng đại từ hợp lý là rất tốt, nhưng cần cân nhắc sử dụng để không làm cho người đọc bị rối.

However, parents sometimes love their children so much that they attempt to provide a nice and easy existence for them. ( them dễ làm người đọc khó hiểu là ai, mặc dù đọc kỹ cũng sẽ them là thay cho trẻ con)

1. it is…(tính từ) + to verb

3.  as……as ( so sánh bằng ) 

  • Tính từ
